Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to the TRAININGG mobile application and related services provided by Nico Ettlinger – Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”). Read it together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Effective Date: 16 July 2026

1. No Medical or Professional Advice

(1) TRAININGG, including workout plans, statistics, body-metric tools, health-platform integrations, articles, and AI Coach output, is provided for general fitness, informational, and educational purposes only.
(2) Nothing in the App is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency guidance, or a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, physiotherapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional. The App is not a medical device.
(3) Do not use TRAININGG to diagnose or treat a condition or to delay seeking professional care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

2. Consult a Professional

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or intensifying exercise—especially if you are pregnant, injured, taking medication, have a medical condition, have not exercised recently, or are unsure whether an activity is safe for you. Stop immediately and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

3. AI Coach

(1) AI Coach responses and workout plans are generated by Google Gemini models. AI can misunderstand your message, omit important context, or produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable information. Output is not reviewed by a human before it is shown.
(2) AI output must not be relied on as medical, health, safety, legal, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional who can examine you and understand your circumstances.
(3) Verify important information independently. You are responsible for evaluating whether a suggestion is appropriate and for any action you take based on AI output. Never use AI Coach for emergencies or decisions where an error could cause injury or serious harm.
(4) When you use AI Coach, your messages and relevant training data are sent to Google to generate the response. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Exercise Risk and Personal Responsibility

(1) Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including strains, falls, equipment failure, overexertion, illness, serious injury, and, in rare cases, death. You voluntarily choose whether and how to exercise.
(2) Use appropriate technique, progression, supervision, equipment, and surroundings. Inspect equipment, follow manufacturer instructions, respect your limits, and do not perform an exercise you cannot carry out safely.
(3) TRAININGG cannot assess your health, form, equipment, environment, recovery, or readiness. Estimates, reminders, records, and recommendations are aids only and may not reflect your actual condition. You assume the inherent risks of your chosen activity, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

5. No Guaranteed Results or Accuracy

(1) We do not guarantee weight change, muscle gain, strength, performance, health outcomes, or any other result. Results vary with health, genetics, nutrition, sleep, stress, technique, adherence, and other factors.
(2) HealthKit, Health Connect, wearable, device, and user-entered data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Notifications, Live Activities, and widgets may also be delayed or fail. Do not rely on them for safety-critical purposes.
(3) We try to maintain the App but do not guarantee that all information, calculations, or services are complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for your needs.

6. Liability and Mandatory Rights

Liability is governed by the Terms of Use. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health caused by us, mandatory product liability, or any warranty, conformity right, consumer protection, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Governing Law and Contact

This Disclaimer is governed by German law, excluding the CISG. Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence.
