Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the TRAININGG mobile application can delete their account and associated data. TRAININGG is operated by Nico Ettlinger – Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”).

Effective Date: 20 October 2026

1. Initiate Account Deletion

(1) Email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” This public route is available even if you no longer have the App installed.
(2) If your installed version shows an in-app account-deletion route, you may use it instead. The email route above remains available if you have uninstalled the App or cannot access your account.
(3) Include the account email or sign-in method (email/password, Google, or Apple). If available, you may include the TRAININGG/Firebase user ID or the RevenueCat Purchase ID shown in the App. Do not send your password, authentication token, full store receipt, or unnecessary health data.
(4) We may ask you to sign in again or complete proportionate verification so another person cannot delete your account.

2. Data Covered by Account Deletion

After verification, deletion covers data controlled by us and associated with your account, including:

  • the Firebase Authentication account;
  • account-bound data in Firebase Realtime Database, such as profile and body metrics, workout plans, workout history (including AI workout summaries), personal records, goals, statistics, custom exercises, AI Coach memories, and settings;
  • other cloud records directly linked to the Firebase user ID that are not legally required to be retained; and
  • deletion instructions to processors such as RevenueCat where required and technically applicable.

If you used Sign in with Apple, we will also revoke the associated Sign in with Apple authorization token as required by Apple.

Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to cloud-synced data and cannot restore it unless a legally retained copy or independent store record applies.

3. Device-Only Data

Some data is stored only on your device in MMKV and is not held in our Firebase Realtime Database. This includes AI Coach chat history, Wrapped insights, local AI usage counters, the AI consent record, and certain device-specific health-sync state.

  • Delete AI Coach conversations through Settings → AI Coach → Language & memory → Delete Coach conversations.
  • Delete individual AI Coach memories or all memories through Settings → AI Coach → Language & memory. If you are signed in, this also removes them from your account.
  • Clear the App’s data or uninstall TRAININGG to remove other App-local data from that device.

Deleting the cloud account does not remotely erase device-only data from every device. Clear each device on which you used the App.

4. Subscriptions and Store Records

(1) Deleting your TRAININGG account or uninstalling the App does not cancel an auto-renewable Pro subscription. Cancel separately before deletion:

(2) Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and entitlement records under their own legal or contractual requirements. TRAININGG does not receive your full payment-card details.

5. Analytics, AI Providers, and Legally Retained Data

(1) Firebase Analytics and EAS Observe data that is retained only under an app-instance or installation identifier, aggregated, or no longer reasonably linkable to your account may not be removable as account data. It remains subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
(2) AI requests already sent to our AI providers are deleted by them under their own retention periods: Anthropic generally within 30 days and Google (Gemini) after 55 days, with longer retention only for flagged safety cases or where legally required. Account deletion cannot remove these copies earlier.
(3) We may retain the minimum information necessary to document and complete your deletion request, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. We do not keep deleted workout or health data merely for convenience.

6. Timing and Confirmation

We will complete verified deletion without undue delay and generally within one month, subject to lawful extensions or a legal obligation to retain specific information. If more time is needed, we will tell you why and when deletion is expected. We will confirm completion using the verified contact channel where feasible.
