Account & Data Deletion – TRAININGG
This policy describes how users of the TRAININGG mobile application can request deletion of their account and all associated data. It applies to the TRAININGG App and any related services operated by Nico Ettlinger – Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “the Service Provider”).
Effective Date: 1 November 2025
1. Overview
(1) Users may request deletion of their TRAININGG account, including data stored in Firebase Authentication and the Firebase Realtime Database (“RTDB”).
(2) This page explains the required steps and outlines which data will be deleted, retained, or anonymized during this process.
(3) Requests may only be initiated by users who can verify ownership of their associated Apple or Google sign-in account.
2. Data Stored by TRAININGG
(1) TRAININGG uses the following Firebase services:
(a) Firebase Authentication
(i) Used exclusively for Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google.
(ii) Stored data includes:
- Firebase user ID
- Authentication tokens provided by Apple or Google
(b) Firebase Realtime Database (RTDB)
(i) Stores user-generated and app-specific data, including:
- Workout plans
- Logged workouts
- Training progress
- App settings and preferences
(ii) All RTDB entries are linked to the user’s Firebase user ID.
(c) Firebase Analytics (not linked)
(i) Analytics events are anonymized and cannot be associated with a specific account.
(ii) No workout data or personal app content is sent to Analytics.
(iii) Analytics data may persist in anonymized form after account deletion due to Firebase’s technical design.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
(1) Users may request deletion at any time by writing an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
(2) The request must include the following information:
(i) A clear confirmation that you wish to delete your TRAININGG account.
(ii) Whether you signed in with Apple or Google.
(iii) The email address associated with your Apple or Google account (if visible to you).
(iv) Optional: Your TRAININGG User ID, if displayed in the App.
(v) Your Purchase ID, which can be found inside the TRAININGG App under About → Purchase ID.
(3) We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletions.
4. What Will Be Deleted
(1) Upon successful verification, we will delete:
(i) Your Firebase Authentication account associated with Apple or Google login.
(ii) All user-specific data stored in the Firebase Realtime Database.
(iii) All app-specific content linked to your Firebase user ID.
(2) After deletion, you will no longer be able to access previously stored data or restore the deleted account.
5. Data That Cannot Be Deleted
(1) Anonymized Firebase Analytics events
Because analytics events are stored without identifiers, they cannot be linked to a specific user and therefore cannot be deleted.
(2) Purchase and transaction records
Purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed by the platform operators.
Such records may be retained by Apple/Google for legal or billing purposes.
TRAININGG does not store payment information.
6. Processing Time
(1) Requests for account deletion are processed within 30 days of confirmation.
(2) You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is completed.
